(قصة قديمة وكلما قرأتها زدت اعجاباً بها)

 

 

يقال انه في عام 1974 كان مهاتير محمد ضيف شرف في حفل الأنشطة الختامية لمدارس «كوبانج باسو» في ماليزيا، وذلك قبل أن يصبح وزيراً للتعليم في السنة التالية، ثم رئيساً للوزراء عام 1981.

قام مهاتير في ذلك الحفل بطرح فكرة عمل مسابقة للمدرسين، وليست للطلاب، وهي توزيع بالونات على كل مدرس، ثم طلب أن يأخذ كل مدرس بالونة وينفخها، ومن ثم يربطها في رجله، فعلاً‌ قام كل مدرس بنفخ البالونة وربطها في رجله.

جمع مهاتير جميع المدرسين في ساحة مستديرة ومحدودة، وقال: لدي مجموعة من الجوائز وسأبدأ من الآن بحساب دقيقة واحدة فقط، وبعد دقيقة سيأخذ كل مدرس مازال محتفظاً ببالونته جائزة!

بدأ الوقت وهجم الجميع بعضهم على بعض، كل منهم يريد تفجير بالونة الآخر، حتى انتهى الوقت.

العبرة : وقف مهاتير بينهم مستغرباً،

وقال: لم أطلب من أحد تفجير بالونة الآخر؟

ولو أن كل شخص وقف من دون اتخاذ قرار سلبي ضد الآخر، لنال الجميع الجوائز،

ولكن التفكير السلبي يطغى على الجميع، كل منا يفكر في النجاح على حساب الآخرين.

مع أن النجاح متاح للجميع، ولكن للأسف البعض يتجه نحو تدمير الآخر وهدمه لكي يحقق النجاح. هذه - وللأسف - حقيقة موجودة في حياتنا الواقعية.
